Next time you want to buy something, pause and ask: What am I feeling right now? Name the emotion. Sit with it for just 60 seconds.

Often, the urge passes. Not because you suddenly became stronger, but because you addressed what was really going on.

Shopping isn't therapy. It's a temporary escape that costs you real money. Find healthier ways to process your emotions—a walk, a call to a friend, journaling, or simply breathing through the feeling.
